Platform Operation & Service Limits
CABZII operates strictly as a digital travel booking and transportation platform connecting riders with vehicle operators. While we make reasonable effort to onboard verified driver partners, we do not warrant, endorse, or guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free transportation services.
Driver & Operator Responsibilities
Independent driver partners and vehicle operators remain solely responsible for the physical operation of vehicles, compliance with local/national traffic laws, maintaining valid vehicle fitness/permits, keeping active insurance coverage, and fulfilling all passenger safety obligations under Indian law.
Delay & Force Majeure Exclusions
CABZII shall not be held liable for any travel delays, missed departures (trains, flights, meetings), or cancellations resulting from traffic congestion, severe weather conditions, road closures, detours, unexpected vehicle breakdowns, or any force majeure events beyond reasonable platform control.
Accidents, Loss, or Damages
Any traffic accident, passenger injury, loss of personal belongings, or damage occurring in transit shall be subject to applicable Indian transport laws, the specific commercial insurance policy of the operating vehicle, and the direct legal liabilities of the involved parties.
