Please read these terms carefully before booking your ride with CABZII
Booking Confirmation Policy
Any cab booking on CABZII is officially confirmed only upon successful receipt of the fixed online advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the driver during transit or immediately upon reaching the final destination.
Fare Estimation Policy
Fares are estimated based on selected route, approximate distance, vehicle tier, and expected travel time. Tolls, state taxes, and parking fees are typically included in base fare estimates, but deviations, route changes, or extra stops requested by the customer will incur additional surcharges.
Dynamic Pricing Policy
Fares may adjust dynamically based on real-time factors including fleet demand, extreme traffic congestion, peak holiday seasons, severe weather, and night-time travel hours.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate personal names, contact phone numbers (active on WhatsApp), and precise pickup/drop locations. Customers are responsible for any interior or exterior damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.
Driver Assignment Policy
Vehicle assignments within the selected category (Premium Sedan, Ertiga SUV, Toyota Innova Crysta) are subject to real-time fleet availability. CABZII reserves the right to substitute with an equivalent or upgraded vehicle model.
Service Availability Disclaimer
CABZII operates as a travel booking and transportation platform and attempts to work with verified driver partners. However, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free transportation services.
Force Majeure Clause
CABZII and its partner drivers shall not be held liable for delays or service failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, and public road closures.
User Conduct Requirements
Riders must behave professionally and treat drivers with respect. Eating inside the vehicle, smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service cancellation without refund.
Payment Terms
The fixed advance must be paid online via our secure payment gateway (UPI, card, or wallet). The remaining balance is payable directly to the driver in cash or UPI. Delay or failure in paying the driver may result in legal recovery action.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to CABZII services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
